The role
The Field Sales Business Development Manager drives new business growth by selling the product line to new customers and managing select accounts.
This role requires substantial time in the field, engaging prospects with face-to-face meetings to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales and penetrate the assigned territory.
Build consultative, value-based relationships with key decision-makers and prepare customized proposals.
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and targets are exceeded.
Demonstrate independence, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
