The role
Lead site layouts for new and existing warehouses using AutoCAD, coordinating inbound, outbound, storage, picking, and shipping workflows.
Specify material handling and ancillary equipment, including conveyors, AGVs, sorting systems, racking, and dock equipment; drive end-to-end capital project execution.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, standards, procedures, layouts, and work instructions; ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Implement and monitor improvement solutions to optimize equipment utilization, workflows, and labor efficiency; lead teams and resolve floor issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; analyze performance and present findings to management.
Support ongoing automation and technology integration to enhance warehouse operations and overall performance.
