The role
Network & Telecom Engineer:
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot network and telecom services for distributed clinic environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity for patient check-in, imaging, and clinical workflows.
Required: 3+ years of experience in network or telecom administration, high school diploma, CCNA or similar certification, intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
Preferred: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or similar platforms, Talkdesk or similar cloud call-center solutions, LTE/5G failover and circuit redundancy.
Key skills: strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work on-call and respond to urgent issues.
