The role
The Senior Organizational Development and Training Specialist designs and delivers evidence-based leadership development programs for leaders across the organization.
Partners with service line leaders to implement talent initiatives, culture transformation, and leadership capability building.
Provides coaching and uses leadership assessments to inform development plans and drive performance improvements.
Leads the design and execution of development programs, retreats, workshops, and other learning experiences aligned to strategic goals.
Applies organizational development theory to guide change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvements.
Synthesizes data from multiple sources to recommend solutions, manages projects, and collaborates within a high-performing Talent Development and Learning team in a hybrid work setting.
