The role
Paid on-the-job training to become a solo Class A CDL truck driver after completing 120+ hours of instruction within the last 2 years.
Four weeks of hands-on instruction with an experienced mentor, driving across various states to build required hours.
Earn $650 per week during training; after upgrading, typical weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 plus stop pay.
Flexible home-time options and full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Requirements include a valid Class A CDL earned within the last 2 years from a 120+ hour academy; DOT medical card; 21+; clean driving history; and ability to pass DOT screenings.
Career paths include Dedicated, Regional, or OTR routes, with optional tuition reimbursement and opportunities to advance to driver trainer.
