The role
The Sr. Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting conducts advanced financial analysis and planning to support budgeting, forecasts, and fiscal objectives.
Responsible for developing and consolidating departmental budgets and five-year plans; evaluates cost drivers and financing options.
Extracts and analyzes data from accounting systems to generate complex reports, perform variance analyses, and provide data-based recommendations.
Supports accounting operations by managing close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance, and guiding accounting policies to maintain financial integrity.
Develops financial systems and controls, enhances reporting processes, and implements cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
Collaborates with management to present budget proposals and train teams on processes and compliance.
