The role
Own end-to-end supply chain for the Semi Harness product, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality components to support production and delivery goals.
Lead supplier negotiations, build robust supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective sourcing.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and mitigate risks.
Develop and monitor performance metrics, deliver insightful reports to leadership, and manage a team of supply chain professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainability throughout the supply chain and stay current with industry best practices.
