The role
Lead end-to-end analyses of large, complex datasets to diagnose operational challenges and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
Serve as an analytics consultant to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance, building tooling and insights that drive strategic and operational improvements.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data products and automated workflows that scale the team's analytics offerings and meet long-term partner needs.
Maintain high standards of data integrity and analytical rigor, translating ambiguity into clear, defensible insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement data-driven HR initiatives and measure impact through experiments and causal analyses.
Develop and manage the People data lake, HR data systems, and data pipelines using modern orchestration and transformation tools.
