The role
You will lead the end-to-end value journey for customers, translating strategic priorities into process intelligence platform use cases and compelling business cases.
Build demos, conduct value assessments or proofs-of-value, and present value opportunities to C-level executives.
Facilitate value workshops, identify improvement measures, and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Own adoption and renewal cycles, crafting strategic expansion roadmaps that embed the platform as a core transformation driver.
Collaborate with Sales, Services, and partners, feeding insights to product teams on new use cases.
Demonstrate strong analytics, stakeholder management, and domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain.
