The role
Lead the development of fundraising CRM and data management tools as a Product Manager, Technology in a hybrid New York-based role.
Collaborate with leadership, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and define MVPs.
Translate complex needs into actionable requirements with measurable success metrics and data-driven goals.
Balance security, accessibility, and privacy considerations while delivering scalable digital products.
Manage communications and build strong cross-team partnerships to ensure adoption and impact.
Support onboarding, vendor relationships, and ongoing optimization through analytics and feedback.
