The role
Provide autonomous, strategic employment law guidance across the NAMER region, partnering with HR to assess risks throughout the employee lifecycle.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of employment-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, contractor agreements, authorizations, commission agreements, and release forms.
Lead or support workplace investigations and employee claims, coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
Manage employment-related litigation activities, including internal fact gathering, submissions review, and risk/settlement strategy.
Support workforce restructurings, reductions in force, and organizational changes with legal risk assessment and compliant separation planning.
Deliver training and collaborate on policy rollouts while staying current on developments in employment law to keep policies aligned across regions.
