The role
An electrician is sought for a school lighting upgrade project in Portsmouth, with duties including wiring and installing lighting systems. The role involves working on a school premises, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and completing tasks efficiently within the schedule. Candidates are expected to hold a JIB Gold Card and either possess a Basic DBS or be willing to undergo a DBS check at no cost. The position is self-employed with a pay rate of £30.00 per hour, and work is scheduled for six weeks starting from 24th August. The working hours are from 07:30 to 15:30, with all hours paid, and free parking is available at the site.
