The role
A technical delivery manager with expertise in hardware and software leads product development from design to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage overseas manufacturing partnerships, and oversee the entire NPI lifecycle. The role demands experience with embedded firmware, electronics, and cloud infrastructure, along with managing supply chains in East Asia. Strong organisational skills to mitigate project risks and manage schedules are essential. The manager collaborates closely with technical teams and oversees factory and product testing to meet quality standards. Full-time, on-site work from Derby is required to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
