The role
Seeking a Java Frontend Developer with strong Java/J2EE experience and a solid backend understanding. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Java/J2EE components using Struts, Spring, and Hibernate; building SOAP/REST web services.
Develop user interfaces with Angular and/or React, and implement responsive layouts with Bootstrap or Foundation.
Develop RESTful services with Node.js or Spring Boot; work across SOA environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work with databases (SQL and document stores), and monitor application servers (WebSphere) and deployment environments.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills in a diverse, client-facing, multi-stakeholder setting; insurance domain experience is a plus.
