The role
Oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish in Bayonne, NJ.
Manage on-site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to maintain schedule and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project standards.
Monitor timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, and resolve issues promptly.
Lead regular site inspections, document progress, and address design or construction challenges with the project team.
Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings, maintain comprehensive records, and optimize procurement to minimize delays.
