The role
Lead and manage a high-volume eviction litigation portfolio with strategic oversight.
Advise on housing regulations, policies, and related federal and state law, delivering written recommendations.
Provide client counseling, pre-suit reviews, investigations, discovery, and guidance through trials and appeals.
Supervise and mentor attorneys and staff, track case status, and collaborate with property management firms, security firms, social service organizations, police, and other agencies.
Contribute to broader litigation and transactional work across personal injury, administrative proceedings, contracts, and real estate matters.
Demonstrate integrity, strong work ethic, effective communication, sound judgment, growth mindset, and tech-enabled case management.
