The role
Lead AI compliance efforts by conducting regular risk assessments and identifying areas of concern.
Apply data science expertise to understand the technical aspects of AI systems, including fairness and bias testing.
Draft, revise, and implement AI compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulations and industry best practices.
Monitor the effectiveness of controls, drive improvements, and coordinate risk mitigation across stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training on AI compliance requirements and promote ethical, responsible AI use across the organization.
Stay current with changes in AI regulations and industry standards to inform strategic decisions.
