The role
Lead internal compliance operations to ensure audit readiness, regulatory responsiveness, and effective corrective action.
Translate organizational compliance strategy into actionable, on-the-ground processes for audits, investigations, and CAP development.
Co-lead cross-functional command centers and coordinate with program leadership for timely deliverables and follow-up.
Direct Compliance Managers and Analysts, guiding analysis, documentation, and evidence collection across audits.
Develop and monitor substantive CAPs with behavioral health program leadership, ensuring operational feasibility and regulatory alignment.
Foster staff development, data-driven oversight, and proactive risk management through robust systems and reporting.
