The role
Lead the UK HR function end-to-end across the employee lifecycle, delivering lean, commercially aligned operations.
Ensure robust compliance with UK employment law, proactively mitigating risk for the business.
Guide complex employee relations, restructures and organisational change with measurable impact.
Drive workforce planning, cost efficiency and performance improvements aligned to business objectives.
Partner with senior leaders to elevate organisational performance, governance and capability development; implement AI-enabled systems and analytics.
Manage one direct report and foster a data-driven culture for decision making and continuous improvement.
