Supply Chain Coordinator
The role coordinates supply chain activities to support training schedules and operational plans. It acts as the central link between the Training School, Operational Managers, Stores, Fleet and Supply Chain. It forecasts equipment and kit demand from training and deployment plans and translates these into clear supply requirements. It manages stock movements, allocation, kitting, replenishment, and stock levels with Stores and Fleet. It maintains accurate inventory data, conducts cycle counts, and reduces overstocks and stock discrepancies. It supports continuous improvement and provides reporting on kit readiness and supply performance.
