The role
A senior mobile engineer at Ideagen will be responsible for delivering complex features, technical migrations, and platform improvements across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high standards in architecture, performance, security, and accessibility. The role involves leading the use of AI agents for feature delivery, testing, and problem-solving, while building automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes. The engineer will mentor team members, review designs, and collaborate on setting mobile standards and best practices across teams. They will also identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, processes, and platform capabilities from conception to implementation. Candidates should have experience in native mobile development with expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, or Jetpack Compose, and a strong understanding of modern development practices, security, testing frameworks, and AI tools. Proficiency in delivering scalable and stable mobile applications and a commitment to maintainable, well-tested code are essential.
