The role
The senior HR manager oversees all human resource functions including employee relations, policy development, and compliance. The role involves partnering with managers to guide performance management, onboarding processes, payroll, and HR systems. Candidates should have a degree in HR and CIPD level qualification, with four to six years of HR experience preferred.
