The role
A project manager is sought to oversee the planning and delivery of a new SAP Ariba procurement system for a university campus, managing up to 3500 users. The role involves establishing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including external suppliers, to ensure project success within time and cost constraints. Candidates should possess significant project delivery experience, especially within complex, multi-departmental environments, ideally in higher education. Technical skills required include project management tools, procurement, stakeholder management, and software delivery. Exceptional organisational, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to lead diverse teams and maintain stakeholder relationships. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, requiring 2-3 days on-site in Coventry and is expected to commence in September.
