The role
We are seeking a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to translate frontier models into real-world, high-impact user features.
You will fine-tune models, design training pipelines, and sculpt data flows to deliver reliable, scalable outputs.
Own evaluation, alignment, safety, and user experience metrics, and iterate from prototype to production.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to ship polished, user-facing AI capabilities globally.
Operate with high autonomy in a lean team, balancing speed with technical rigor and founder-level ownership.
Explore new modeling approaches, optimize latency, monitor drift, and shape the product's technical direction.
