The role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, production-grade ML solutions that address critical business needs.
Translate complex problems into clear requirements, architecture, and measurable success metrics while balancing performance and explainability.
Choose and integrate ML frameworks and languages (Python, SQL, Java, C++, R) to meet quality and maintainability standards.
Oversee the full ML lifecycle—from data sourcing and feature engineering to model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement with MLOps practices.
Build reusable infrastructure components (feature stores, model runtimes, SDKs) and run large-scale ML operations across cloud environments with robust observability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, lead experimentation (A/B tests, AutoML, neural architecture search), and advocate responsible AI, collaboration, and innovation.
