The role
As an Insurance Account Manager (Agent Team Member), you will establish and nurture client relationships in a fast-paced office environment.
Provide prompt, accurate service for insurance availability, policy changes, billing questions, claims, and transfers.
Utilize a needs-based review to educate clients about coverage options and identify opportunities to protect their assets.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, assess client needs, and market the right products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and growth.
Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and clear opportunities for advancement.
