The role
A Maintenance Plumber is responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing and mechanical building services at a large industrial facility in Fawley. They undertake repairs, fault finding, and general maintenance of site plumbing systems, working with pipework, valves, pumps, and water systems. The role requires ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory standards, while collaborating with the engineering team to maintain high service standards. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent, with experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments and strong problem-solving skills. The position is full-time, permanent, and involves working Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £38,000.
