The role
Design, build, and manage a scalable supply chain operating model across EMEA.
Own workforce demand signals from pipeline through recruitment, improving visibility and forecasting.
Manage a supplier ecosystem of ~85 partners, driving rationalisation and contract renegotiations.
Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and governance for SOW and contingent workforce channels.
Optimise end-to-end processes from demand to partner onboarding, including Fieldglass utilization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure governance and alignment.
