The role
Lead the lifecycle of enterprise-scale software solutions focused on risk and fraud detection for payments platforms, delivering resilient production systems.
Architect and guide development across Java/Spring REST APIs, RDBMS, and modern frontend frameworks, prioritizing reliability and scalability.
Drive ML and Data Engineering initiatives (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, NoSQL, Kafka) and data pipelines to power proactive risk analytics.
Build and mentor distributed or remote teams, partnering with product managers to define strategy, roadmap, and measurable delivery milestones.
Enforce best practices, documentation, agile and test-driven development, and production readiness to ensure high-quality releases on tight timelines.
Hire and retain top talent, negotiate tradeoffs with stakeholders, and champion GenAI-enabled capabilities to meet business goals.
