The role
Experienced shuttering carpenters are sought for civil engineering and construction projects in Newport Pagnell. They will interpret drawings, construct formwork, and install decking while ensuring safety standards and tidy work areas. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role and hold a valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card, with an NVQ Level 2 in Formwork preferred. Strong understanding of health and safety practices, reliability, and good timekeeping are essential. Experience with precast beams, measuring, and working at height is necessary. The role requires technical skills in formwork, carpentry, and interpreting construction plans.
