The role
Manage the full lifecycle of highly complex projects in Agile and SAFe environments, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Develop budgets, timelines, and track critical milestones while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. Lead project status reporting via formal briefings and written/electronic reports; maintain detailed project plans and risk registers. Act as the single point of contact for project status; facilitate meetings and drive issues, change management, and stakeholder communication. Apply independent judgment to risk prioritization and decision-making; present options to executive management. Foster customer-focused outcomes and continuous improvement through collaboration and process enhancements.
