Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Develop models and frameworks to identify assortment gaps, inform tactical go-gets, and strengthen competitive position in a B2B eCommerce context.
Apply advanced analytics to enhance customer experience and optimize product offerings.
Design and implement causal inference models to understand drivers of business performance.
Build data-driven systems that are actionable and integrated into business workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, leverage Python, R, SQL, and modern data pipelines, and explore GenAI to boost predictive accuracy and decision-making.
