The role
Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategy to boost efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
Oversee customer service, inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and SIOP/demand planning processes.
Drive inventory optimization, warehouse automation, cost-reduction initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Direct demand forecasting, SIOP alignment, and collaboration between sales, operations, and finance.
Oversee system implementations and data analytics to maximize ERP and digital solution utilization.
Build and mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
