The role
Oversee LIHTC property compliance across New York state, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead initial leasing, income verification, eligibility determinations, and file reviews.
Process leases, annual and interim recertifications, admissions, and unit transfers per LIHTC and HUD 4350.3 guidelines.
Maintain accurate tenant files and waitlists, and coordinate timely unit turnover to minimize vacancies.
Collaborate with General Services and Fiscal teams on property maintenance, rent collection, and regulatory reporting.
Provide training, monitor regulatory updates, and support audits, certifications, and inspections.
