The role
Lead the financial strategy for all real estate initiatives, including new store growth, portfolio optimization, and lease negotiations.
Develop and maintain financial models (IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity) to guide site selection and capital investments.
Partner with Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams to drive data-driven decisions and maximize ROI.
Oversee portfolio management, renewals, terminations, and cost-saving opportunities across the store network.
Provide clear financial insights and scenario analyses for senior leadership and committees.
Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and build dashboards to monitor occupancy costs, expirations, and profitability.
