The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale, high-availability systems across frontend, backend, and data platforms.
Tackle mission-critical business problems to enhance associate experiences and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures and robust solutions.
Lead design and code reviews, promote operational excellence, and ensure high quality, scalable, and performant systems.
Own end-to-end delivery from inception to production while mentoring junior engineers.
