The role
Lead cost estimation and end-to-end project management for commercial construction projects in a local setting.
Prepare detailed cost estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
Manage projects from estimate through completion, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather data.
Develop and nurture vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and evaluate risks to mitigate issues.
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with estimates; support contract negotiations and change management.
Strong candidates bring commercial construction knowledge, GC PM experience, and proficiency with estimating software.
