The role
Drive the AI strategy for core business operations, translating a north-star vision into executable roadmaps and securing executive alignment.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across domains, delivering rapid, value-driven iterations.
Oversee end-to-end data science initiatives—from concept and prototyping to deployment, integration, and performance monitoring.
Lead the ML Ops team to ensure scalable deployment, automation, and ongoing monitoring of models across environments.
Develop templates, playbooks, and a value-realization framework to quantify financial and operational impact (cost optimization, revenue enhancement, automation).
Bring 10-12+ years of leadership in data/AI, strong executive storytelling, and hands-on experience productionizing AI on large datasets with modern patterns (LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, RAG).
