The role
As a Roadway Civil Engineer, lead transportation design projects including urban and rural roadways, interchanges, and multimodal facilities in Nashville.
Serve as project manager or technical lead, overseeing budgets, invoicing, and schedule to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Act as a technical consultant to other disciplines, preparing reports and planning documents while evaluating design alternatives.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into safe, sustainable roadway solutions.
Produce detailed design plans, specifications, and estimates; perform quality control reviews; and mentor junior staff.
Identify pursuit opportunities, cultivate client relationships, support proposals, and collaborate in a hybrid work setting.
