The role
This role focuses on advising on regulatory compliance and product safety within the product liability and consumer disputes practice.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and product safety, with expertise in the retail and consumer markets sectors.
Responsibilities include advising on product development, testing, and standards compliance, and managing national and international product recalls.
You will represent clients in federal and state enforcement actions and investigations and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
Required qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and strong legal research and analytical skills.
Additional focus areas include ESG considerations and supply chain dynamics to inform compliance strategies.
