You will review Employment Tribunal claims, approve pleadings, oversee disclosure, and manage bundles of documents while representing clients at hearings. Prepare cases, run trials, and provide clear risk and cost assessments. The role requires direct employment law advocacy experience; professional qualifications are preferred; a full driving licence is required and the ability to work autonomously under pressure. This position offers remote/hybrid working with travel across the UK as needed, and collaboration with the UK Legal Team and senior stakeholders. Strong communication and high professional standards are essential.
