The role
Lead the design and implementation of a GenAI-powered search platform, focusing on retrieval, ranking, and summarization across enterprise knowledge sources.
Architect elegant abstractions and frameworks so product and ranking teams can contribute safely and efficiently to the codebase.
Drive development of LLM-enabled features and iterative ranking improvements with strong emphasis on quality, security, privacy, and scalability.
Create systematic evaluation metrics and methodologies for enterprise-safe deployment of search models, addressing privacy and security challenges.
Mentor and coach engineers, shape interview processes, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Partner with product, UX, data science, and infrastructure teams to ship prototypes at scale and deliver meaningful AI-assisted search solutions.
