The role
Line 1: Lead the research and development of conversational AI, agentic AI, and multi-step reasoning systems.
Line 2: Prototype novel architectures, algorithms, and interaction paradigms across text, voice, and multimodal interfaces.
Line 3: Define roadmaps, priorities, and evaluation strategies for agent behaviors, tool-use workflows, and context management.
Line 4: Develop real-time agent frameworks with prompt architectures, retrieval systems, planning modules, and tool orchestration pipelines.
Line 5: Build and govern high-quality datasets; collaborate on scalable deployment, monitoring, and reliability of agentic systems.
Line 6: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate research into reliable, safe, and high-performance production features.
