The role
Realityjam offers a remote apprenticeship programme designed to develop skills in game creation, with a focus on world building and asset development for MMO titles. Participants will undergo a comprehensive training phase, gaining industry-recognised certification and participating in live projects using tools like Unity and Blender. The programme includes remote collaboration via Discord and Jira, with opportunities for industry feedback during periodic conferences and game jams. Upon successful completion, apprentices are eligible for full-time employment as game artists or developers, subject to individual conditions.
