The role
Lead and coach a high-performing data science team to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Develop models and frameworks to identify assortment gaps and inform strategic, tactical decisions.
Enhance the customer value proposition by applying advanced analytics to optimize product offerings.
Design and implement causal inference models to uncover drivers of business performance.
Build data-driven systems and pipelines that are integrated into core business workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and leverage Python, R, SQL, and GenAI to drive evidence-based decisions.
