The role
Lead the definition and refinement of software solutions by translating business ideas into actionable features and user stories.
Elicit requirements through cross-functional interviews and workshops, aligning product, business, and development teams.
Own and prioritize both program and team backlogs, preparing assets for Program Increment planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivered software aligns with program objectives and acceptance criteria.
Leverage healthcare domain knowledge, data flow, and prototyping to inform solution design.
Apply Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices with strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to adapt to change.
