The role
Design and build extensible backend systems that support flexible configurations for diverse customers and content types.
Develop infrastructure that interfaces with LLMs, enabling prompt engineering, context injection, and modular evaluation workflows.
Create tooling and platforms for fast iteration by AI engineers and data scientists, including declarative pipelines, parameterized jobs, and reproducible experiments.
Prioritize ease of deployment, integration, and testing for internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate with product, data, and policy teams to translate safety requirements into scalable, maintainable software.
Contribute to high-performance backend systems that accelerate product development and real-world AI impact.
