The role
Lead and coach a data science team to deliver high-impact signals and analyses that minimize abuse on the platform.
Define project scopes aligned with team OKRs and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to clarify ownership and priorities.
Advance data science practices by mentoring on methodology, code quality, and stakeholder communication.
Support management initiatives such as process standardization, regular business reviews, and individual career development.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and influence prioritization.
Apply ML lifecycle knowledge and practical ML implementation to detect policy-violating content and improve safety outcomes.
