The role
Design, analyze, and integrate mechanical components and systems for electronic defense platforms using CAD tools.
Perform mechanical analyses including stress, thermal, fluid dynamics, and vibration using FEA/CFD to ensure reliability.
Select materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerances; create and maintain detailed drawings and specifications.
Develop, execute, and document test plans to validate performance and reliability across development, testing, and production.
Collaborate with electrical, software, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and comprehensive documentation.
Contribute to design reviews, continuous process improvement, and mentorship of junior engineers as needed.
