The role
Build and deliver hands-on, code-complete tutorials and hosted terminal sessions to help practitioners master infrastructure tooling.
Develop diagrams, videos, and other media to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Write production-ready best-practice guides and curate resources from internal teams and the open-source community.
Collaborate with product, engineering, sales engineering, and customer success to translate real-world use cases into learnable content.
Contribute as a product subject-matter expert to certifications and provide actionable feedback to improve tooling.
Support content strategy across the education team, ensuring clear voice, logical structure, and scalable materials.
